If you don’t want to do a lot of research the easiest way to find a vacation home in the Poconos mountains of Pennsylvania is by using one of the many real estate or property management companies. Many of them represent 100’s of vacation rentals in and around the major Poconos resorts. Most have web sites were you can view photos and read descriptions of units available I find it is best to call the agents and ask what units are available to you at the time you wish to visit rather spending hours looking at all of them. Just give them your email address and tell them to email you the links to the units they have available for you.
Before you contact a Pennsylvania real estate agent about renting a Poconos vacation home make sure you have the following info. The dates you would like to visit, How many people are in your group, and How much you would like to spend. IF you are looking for discounted rates you need to be willing to visit during the week or in the off season. The Poconos is a very popular place especially when there is snow on the ground. So make your reservations as early as possible.
